"It was my birthday and I had to end up getting changing the first ring because the first time snug like marijuana, but the second room was good and the only issues is that they were doing way too much construction. We heard every single thing going on on the roof, it was really loud but they did go ahead and wait the resort fees so that’s OK but it was just like a lot of calling, we would have to do in order to get stuff resolved."

"Hidden Gem with Extraordinary Potential That Deserves a Better Guest Experience This was our third consecutive year staying at this hotel, which says a lot about how much we enjoy the property and everything it has to offer. Honestly, this hotel has extraordinary potential and could easily become one of the best family vacation destinations in the area if all of its strengths were fully embraced. The rooms are somewhat outdated, but that is more than compensated for by something that is increasingly hard to find: exceptional cleanliness. The rooms, bathrooms, linens, and common areas were spotless. The housekeeping staff deserves recognition for maintaining such a high standard throughout the property. The ocean view is absolutely breathtaking. The pool area, barbecue facilities, and beautiful surroundings create the perfect setting for making unforgettable family memories. It is the kind of place where you can disconnect from daily stress and focus on what truly matters—spending quality time with the people you love. That is why it was so disappointing to have such a beautiful experience overshadowed by an overly rigid approach from management. I completely understand and respect that rules are necessary. Every property needs guidelines to ensure a pleasant environment for all guests. However, true hospitality is about finding a balance between enforcing rules and making guests feel welcome. "Mi experiencia día fatal no por el servicio del hotel cómo tal sino por la poca accesibilidad del dueño de la propiedad. Hubo un error en mi reservación y aunque el hotel estucaba en la mejor disposición de hacer el cambio, dependían del dueño de la propiedad quien se cerró a la comunicación diciendo que lo deben hacer ellos en recepción y luego que lo tenía que hacer expedía. Me retiré antes de mi checkout, solo en quedé una noche de 3 noches que eran y no recibí ninguna solución ni devolución del dinero"

"Me and my wife had booked a 1 bedroom, but due to some reason we were moved to a two bedroom, and I tell you I wish we had brought our kids, the two bedroom was very spacious and comfortable, the kitchen was nice and we were able to cook up a small meal. The scenery was beautiful as well, only thing, we were on the 33rd floor and we had a little fear of the height but the veranda was nice addition. I would definitely come back with our children."
