"This resort is in a quiet area outside of the main hub of Hoi A but only 15 minutes from old town by car. The grounds are beautifully maintained. We had a villa with a private pool and it was beautiful! The private beach was gorgeous and there were only a few other guests on the beach. The breakfast had lots of options. The staff were all SO kind and incredibly helpful. We would definitely stay here again."

The owners have the right balance of making sure your stay has eveything you need, and allowing you privacy - they really do go above and beyond. Getting into Old Town is easy using Grab, and you can walk along the beach to An Bang if you want to spend time in the touristy areas before returning to your oasis! "

"The hotel was simply amazing - wonderful decor, generous space in rooms, beautiful garden and small places troughout the hotel to sit in open and relax - it really has a boutique hotel look and feel. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Beach is 2-3 minutes walk away and free bicycles are also available. Pool is big, a little unusually located behind the reception and not in the sun, but we enjoyed it. We would choose Vanessa Boutique hotel again without hesitation."

"Very nice property for a good price. There are some sign of wear in the room but it is very nice and comfortable and well located; only a few minutes from the beach. The girl at the front desk, Yen, is the sweetest and friendliest! She was always ready to help and give suggestions! The only minor thing is the lock on the balcony can be opened from the outside and it connects to other guests' balcony so technically anyone could get in. I only noticed on my last night staying there but as a female...

"I was really made feel at home here. Little details like a hot ginger tea as I had a bad cold. Unfortunately the March weather was cool and very rainy so only could enjoy the pool (very nice ) once . One minute walk to the beach , green , quiet and secluded. Loved it."

"It's hardly a 5 star hotel. Staff understanding of English is poor and their service attitude is not consistent across all staff. To claim 5 star status they need to take a long hard look at a real 5 star property and bring staff and amenities up to standard. Too many bus tour groups downgrade the experience. The buffet breakfast room is a very noisy cafeteria style environment so much so my wife refused to eat there again. Fortunately we discovered another far more comfortable breakfast place...

"Our stay at the KA Villa was excellent ❣️ The rooms are well equipped, clean and very comfortable. Fabulous AC and fans which are essential. The rooms were cleaned every day, washing taken and returned the same day at no extra cost. The breakfast menu was exceptional and you had many choices- European, Vietnamese etc. The best part were the staff ! Always smiling and always there to assist your needs. We will miss them. "We had three wonderful days at Coco Villa. Kim and her team took such great care of us. She got us in touch with a great tailor, organised a private cooking class and lantern boat road for sunset. Our room was beautiful and clean, with a big bathroom. Our balcony had a huge day bed and chairs, overlooking the pool downstairs. Breakfast can also be included, which we did the first morning. "What a lovely place this homestay is. Huong and her family will take great care of you. The room which looks relatively new and modern was big and very clean with a nice bathroom and hot water. It has a a nice balcony which looked on to the street. It’s Five minutes walk to the beach and it is situated right in the middle of the An Bang village. It’s close to all the restaurants and mini marts. Huong also did our laundry for us, booked us Grabs and gave us fruit and treats. We are going back...
