Staff: lazy but informative since I was handed a plunger & had to plunge a toilet that no one staying with me clogged. "Clock didn’t work in bedroom. Shower handle was about to fall off. Dust was 1/2 inch thick on bathroom vent. Hair conditioner bottle in shower was empty. All issues were handle by the staff after I requested."

"Horrible customer service from front desk staff. Lobby under renovation so you have to check in at the restaurant across the street and enter the hotel from the back stairs or the parking garage which is dark. Kitchenette room was clean and decent but there is no housekeeping daily or when you call for towels they don’t bring any. I had to go to the lobby in the pouring rain just to get towels after I requested them hours earlier in the day."

"I would report my recent stay, as it was overall a very disappointing experience. Check-in was extremely delayed to the point that I had to contact customer service for assistance. They were unable to reach a live person at the property and had to email the hotel directly.
