On arrival, we discovered the reality did not match the pictures. The hotel is basic, and the staff are friendly and that in itself is ok - the problem is you think you're getting somewhere more swish as the hotel has put up several images of areas that do not exist. We really liked their 24 check in, and having a spot to park the car in a covered garage, and very close to the building's entrance.
