"The air conditioner in our room had a mind of it's own, somewhat noisy at times and then a full on fan. We didn't do breakfast there but did have a drink at the bar which had a lovely atmosphere. The location was great, surrounded by lots of restaurants, easy to walk to everywhere."

"Clean, pleasant, late night check in assistance, bathroom supplied with shampoo and conditioner, all great. The pre-paid brekky was just a voucher to the cafe next door so i didn’t need to pay more for that. "

"The location of the property is perfect and size of the room was great, but it really lacked beyond that especially in terms of cleanliness and maintenance. All of the plates, mugs and glasses were dirty, the phone was hanging off the wall, the walls scuffed with stains on the carpet, the bedroom window did not open and although having a washing machine in the room was a good addition there was no dryer and only a small old rusted clothes horse. I wasn't expecting it to be 5 stars, but surely...

"Exceptional Stay with Friendly Staff and Perfect Location: Our stay at Quest Brighton on the Bay was wonderful! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The location is unbeatable – it's just a two-minute walk across the road to the pier, which is an ideal spot to watch the beautiful Melbourne skyline and New Year fireworks displays. A top-class experience!"

"It exceeded our expectation. Fully renovated. Our room was clean and well presented. Free breakfast. Helpful staff. Car parking is challenging when you have a bigger car but we managed to park with no issues as we arrived early and not many cars at the car park."
