Hotel Independent di Pantai Dubai

"We had a great time in the hotel, it’s just a few minute walk to the metro station. Rooms were nice, the cleaning was great. The only issue is with the front desk. they are rude and not nice at all. The one that was checking us in, wanted to swtich our room to a more basic one even thought we paid for a better one. Wasn’t helpful at all unil the manager was able to solve the issue. The rest of the front dest stack is just rude and not nice. Cleaning staff in the other hand are great ans...
