"Upon arrival we noticed the carpets had not been vacuumed, both at the door and the carpet in the room as there was food and a clump of hair on the rug. The hotel rectified this and sent someone to vacuum the room. 4 hours later they offered to upgrade our room and give us a late checkout. We declined on the room upgrade because we had a baby and were settled in at this stage but the manager said he would speak with us upon check out. This never happened which was disappointing. "The best stay I have ever stayed at a hotel. The rooms are amazing very spacious and luxurious. The staff incredibly friendly and helpful and accommodating to the biggest extent.
I give it a 100/10
