"My husband and I had a very pleasant stay at Ciel Hotel Dubai. The overall experience was smooth, comfortable, and truly enjoyable. What stood out the most was the friendliness and professionalism of the staff.
A special thank you to Ganesh, who was welcoming and attentive, as well as Witness, who was equally warm and helpful. Their positive attitude and genuine hospitality made the stay even more memorable.
We would recommend this hotel and definitely stay here again."

"Clean room, nice service, beautiful site. They give a delicious tea upon arrival. Food at the Mekong Restaurant is wonderful. Buggy (golf cart) drivers are very nice. They don’t really have a business center for working, though. Disappointed in extra charge for beds on beach, though the lounge chairs are nice. Glad that the breakfast at the Beach Club is adults only. Food was excellent. "
