"Exactly as advertised! If you are going to Dubrovnik, this is the apartment to book. Literally, right next to Tvrđava Minčeta, you can see if from your door! Its so centrally located and because it is right outside Old Town, you can easily catch a cab in and out! The management is helpful and friendly - if I ever return, this is the spot I'm going to book! "

"Comfortable property. It's important to understand the physical fitness required to stay inside the walled city of Dubrovnik. Climbing 100s of stairs on uneven surface without a handrail is required. Otherwise this is a tremendously fun way to visit Dubrovnik. We did have some rental communication difficulty resulting from a change in check in procedure while flying that did not reach us. "

"Familie, 2 voksne og 3 større barn. Hatt en kjempe fin uke i det flotte huset! Stort basseng, fin uteplass med grill gode møbler og plass til alle. Huset innvendig er veldig fint, eget bad på alle soverom, god plass i hele huset, og har alt du trenger på både kjøkken og bad + Porten til parkering virket ikke, men dagen etter ble den reparert. 2 dager i uken ble bassenget renset. 10 min å kjøre til Pula, men vi likte oss best på Fazana stranden 5 min å kjøre, koselig, lite folk, masse...

"The place was not as advertised. It is very small and run down. There were 2 of us in the party. The pictures indicated two separate sleeping areas/ beds, however I apparently needed to specify that I needed the second made up because it was not and the contact person was unable to come by and do it. Instead I got directions for a sheet, only fitted ones. The air conditioning unit in the bedroom was not vented to the outside so it blew hot air into the already hot room.
