"On arrival, the check-in staff were not very friendly and did not guide us correctly to our rooms. We felt we were not as well treated as we could have been, and felt somewhat disappointed with our check-in service. The room we were allocated had a sea view and a balcony. Unfortunately, there was construction right outside our room, obstructing some of the sea view and it was noisy from 7 am in the morning. We did receive appropriate compensation, but felt it best to give an honest review, as it did spoil our enjoyment. On our last day, we were not able to get a late check-out, although our flight was at 9 pm, because of a large delegation arriving for a conference. As a result, they did allow us use of the facilities, but we were unable to use the outside pool, or part of the outside bar area as a result, which would have been frustrating for guests arriving on the same day paying the full rate as everyone else. On check-out, they charged a credit card I had clearly asked not to be used - and had to subsequently ask for this to be refunded. I was then charged a fee by my credit card company and made a loss as a result. I was unhappy as Radisson is a good chain of hotels, and I am a member too, and usually I have never had any such issues before."

"Very good hotel! Clean,pleasant staff and helpful. Only one little let down was clearing away of plates from tables at breakfast time,but this is hard to manage due to how many guests arrive and depart at any set time! Wouldn't hurt the restaurant manger's to roll there sleeves up and help out in a situation like this"

"The room was modern and spacious. The bar was good and food excellent. Good breakfast. Front of house staff not the friendliest. Outside pool great. Spa a disappointment as you had to pay for it all and book a slot. We did not see anywhere the prices and even when we went to the spa reception this was not shared. Good location, 30 min walk to old town or a 5 min local bus ride, number 4 bus. Which is included in the price of the Dubrovnik pass"

"The hotel is situated on large grounds among other hotels, trees and paths, some stores and restaurants in a setting that makes you feel you are in a village. However, the hotel is luxurious and very close the Mediterranean beach. I was there for a conference. I highly recommend it!"

"Convenient location! Incredible breakfast! Lovely staff -very comfortable beds! Small rooms but great value -tricky parking but we would stay again in a heartbeat! Constructive feedback-bathroom could use tissue and better monitoring of shower supplies! But truly we loved our staff!"
