Inez worked with us to accommodate us and finally put us in a room that was what we paid for. She was absolutely amazing and accommodate us thoroughly. "

The sunset view from our room was absolutely amazing. We had dinner at the steakhouse and the food and service were both good. The breakfast buffet also has a really nice selection and real brewed coffee, which was a nice change from our other accommodations. I highly recommend this hotel! One of the best we’ve stayed at in Europe! "
