"Suzanna and Hattie front desk ladies were fantastic! They helped me out so much! The driver was wonderful all the staff were so friendly! Love them. I will say if you’re not ready to walk up & down stairs, or don’t have a rental car, it was a little tough. Other than that no issues here friends and I enjoyed ourselves. "

"This was our third stay at LaPlaya. Had a great time as usual. Rooms are nice. Breakfast is very good and staff is excellent. Nice to be able to walk to the small stores for snacks/drinks/etc. Also some great restaurants just a minute’s walk away. "

"We stayed for my birthday. The hotel is super nice, very clean and staff very friendly. Also is nice that is gated and safe. The restaurant has a super atmosphere. Very important that we had a access to the beach and they provided chairs and umbrella when we eat in the restaurant. But of course if you are on the beach you will eat and drink 😉. I will be back soon. I can highly recommend this hotel. Very happy with all services you provided "

"Visually it’s one of the most beautiful hotel location I’ve travel. It’s located in a wonderfully in the French side of the island. I’m a little physically challenged but I wanted to check it out. Yes it was somewhat steep . I did ok. It was worth it but I don’t think I would recommend to someone who has knee or back problems. I was also challenged by the mosquitos in the room. Overall nice hotel."

"Absolutely gorgeous view. Privacy was very limited due to the popularity of the beach club and the loungers right outside our window, however I was ok with it given the gorgeous view and the large windows. The neighbouring restaurant had loud club music late at night that I could hear, and was required to put AirPods in to drown out the noise. Perhaps ear plugs would be nice as an amenity. There wasn’t a coffee machine in the room (I didn’t realize only specific rooms offered a machine) so I...

"We had a great overall experience at this property. The resort is very well maintained, and the staff was consistently friendly and accommodating. The food and drinks were excellent — as they should be considering the prices. Breakfast was included with our stay, and both the selection and service exceeded expectations. We actually preferred the lounge/bar menu over the main dinner menu, not because of cost, but simply due to the variety and flavor, so I’d recommend trying items from both menus...
