"Property was great once again. Attention to detail is a 10. Rooms very clean and comfortable. And restaurant food is good and a great value."
The Inn at Cocoa Beach - Adults Only
10/10 Excellent
"This was our 2nd stay at the Inn after having an enjoyable stay previously. The property itself is characterful and although the standard rooms are quite small they are clean and perfectly comfortable. All the staff are friendly and welcoming and although the breakfast isn’t too plentiful it is freshly made and appetising. The provision of free to use towels, beach chairs and umbrellas for the adjacent beautiful beach is a welcome touch as is the free wine and cheese hour each late afternoon. The pool area is also well maintained with plenty of beds, chairs, umbrellas etc. Free parking for guests is also a very big plus. The surrounding area is quiet with various restaurants within walking distance. The nearby Winn Dixie which was useful for grabbing food for the beach has now closed although I believe it is being replaced with an Aldi. There is however a 7-Eleven across the street to grab snacks, drink etc. The Inn also operates an honesty bar for soft and alcoholic drinks although we did not use this facility so cannot comment further. I can understand why this hotel may not be everyone’s cup of tea as it is quaint and different from the norm (you get greeted by parrots going for breakfast!) but to me that’s a big appeal and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay for a 3rd time in the future if ever in Cocoa Beach again."
