"The rooms were not cleaned well. Our room had dirt on top of the coffe table, chips remnants around the coffee table and stains on the fabric couch. The other couple that was traveling with us also commented their room wasn't cleaned very well either. It's a shame, because the location is very good, things just need to be cleaned better."

"The location is fantastic. I have stayed at these cabins a couple of times, and the value for the money is becoming less and less. It's a little disappointing to see the lack of maintenance in the units, to see piles of broken doors and building debris around the cabins, and wear and tear accumulating. This time the deck was so rotten, someone heavier is going to fall through it. Let's not wait until they become a health, life, safety concern. Please maintain these better. This is such a...

"Room smelled like ... industrial glue? Stong headache smell. Make sure to fill out breakfast requests or they will be rude about it in the AM like " Are you really a guest"?.....tv wasn't hooked up to internet. Check in girl was friendly but a bit airheaded; maybe from driving from Portland before coming to work and tired? Was disappointed but not mad. They have rules posted everywhere to protect the property but property isn't up to par... Maybe it's a rough neighborhood?"

"It’s the nicest place to stay but it’s showing signs of wear & could use some care, upkeep & updating. The rooms smell of age & animals. There should be exclusive pet rooms only due to allergies, etc. Our staff member upon check in was wonderful & took care of us in moving us to a better smelling room."

"Kelly at the front desk was efficient, accommodating, and kind. My room was exactly what I had requested and needed. There are not many amenities, but I had what I wanted for this trip to the beach which was a quite retreat with a great view and easy beach access. This old quaint hotel exceeded those expectations."
