"Pool bar staff terrible and drinks terrible. Food just ok."

"The arrival to the resort was great! The staff is very professional and welcoming. However, the water issue the morning after caused many guests to not be able to shower. Although the issue was fixed, the following morning there was no hot water in the shower. Besides those small issues the stay was about average."

"They have a couple of restaurants on the property, which is good. They have a convenience store right across the street which was convenient. Ha ha ha. The room was very dark, even with all the shades/curtains open. The pool looked a bit tired and dirty, and we never saw anyone in it."

"The room I was given was different from what was shown in the pictures, and it wasn’t very clean—you could even see strands of hair on the shower handle. The food was overly salty, and the pool didn’t appear well-maintained. However, I will say that the staff was very nice and friendly, which I appreciated. "

"I totally enjoyed the serene atmosphere and they do pretty good keeping it clean. I didn’t absolutely love my room because it wasn’t the same one I booked and when they wanted to change it, I already had my things out the box and everywhere, but I was very satisfied with the service. I’ll surely visit again "

"The air conditioning & pool were excellent. We loved the jungle atmosphere, the friendly staff, and all of the animals on property. The complimentary breakfast is so nice while traveling and expenses are adding up quickly. "
