"Beautiful hotel in a great location. The staff were all extremely helpful. The rooms were a good size and very clean. Breakfast was excellent. I couldn’t fault the hotel at all and would stay again if I was in Biarritz. "

"Excellent service from front desk (from San Sebastián) bellman (Facundo) & Clara. Property very unique design, but carpets need good steam clean. Otherwise wonderful location, nice walk to beach and town. Hotel as charming as the town -- be sure to reserve your parking spot!! They have limited space "
