"The regular hotel rooms are dated but functional, I can’t speak for the rooms exclusive to Priviledge Members. The hotel could do with an overall lifecycle facelift. That being said, the layout, outdoor facilities and the design of the building is beautiful and the staff/service were excellent, very thoughtful, friendly and welcoming. "L'hôtel est beau avec sa grande piscine, il est propre. Les chambres au 3e ont une belle vue sur la mer mais il y a le bruit des cuisines. L'endroit nest pas conseillé pour les personnes à mobilité reduite malgré l'ascenseur. Loin de tout si vous n'avez pas de voiture."

"We loved the resort, gardens & grounds well kept, unfortunately one of the swimming pools was being refurbished do there was lots of drilling & banging which we were not advised about by Expedia, but we still enjoyed our stay"

"Hôtel très bien placé (proche de la play à dorada et du centre de playa blanca) Les services de l'hôtel sont au top et variés (piscines,bars,restaurants,salle de sport,massage,mini-golf,etc) Petit bémol connu sur ce genre d'hôtel, insonorisation des chambres moyennes, ménage journalier dans les chambres succinct Je recommande tout de même cet hôtel "

"The pools are great and heated. Perfect for kids. The food is pretty good for an all inclusive. The machine coffee could be improved upon, maybe try the lavazza brand? But the hotel needs patching up, a deep clean and some renovations to get it back to 4 star standard. Long queues for drinks at the pool bar . Warm water at breakfast. Kids club was well run and the kids mini disco was fun. Great animation team. The bedrooms were a bit tight for 4. A squash and a squeeze"

"Der sehr schöne Innenbereich mit Pool und Palmen hat mir gefallen. Das gefühlt 90% Engländer da waren (alle sehr nett) nicht so, da ich nicht gut englisch spreche. Nachmittags oder abends als Dessert hätte ich gerne Eis (evtl. Eis Truhe mit 3 Sorten) gehabt. "
