"Great! Due to budget constraints there is no longer a front desk or a restaurant, but the staff was very responsive in the leading days to the reservation. There was parking available at the hotel. The instructions were straightforward to get in and out of the building and room. They were very kind in leaving us breakfast in the morning since we were going to leave too early to get the included breakfast, even leaving us cups in the room for takeaway coffees. The room was quaint and cozy (as advertised) but everything we needed and updated. Very nice stay!"

"Nice, simple, clean room in Benbecula, South Uist. The innkeeper was very welcoming and friendly. There is a nice hotel restaurant a short walk away from the Hebridian Stay. We would stay here again the next time we visit south/north Uist."

"The hosts Alex and Katie are a young couple doing a great job running this small boutique hotel! It is is older building however it is well kept up and clean. The rooms are comfortable and provide all necessary amenities. The food in the restaurant is excellent. We would definitely stay here again!"

"The property is very comfortable and of a very high standard and the location is excellent. We enjoyed our stay with only one slight negative being the directions info (provided by hotels.com) was not accurate. I think we were missing some of the email message text. However, a call to the owner quickly resolved that and we had a lovely stay. Would highly recommend."

"This is no ordinary pod. It is beautifully presented with so much thought given to it's furnishing. I didn't expect to find a wine fridge or induction hob, but there they were. The towels are luxurious and the toiletries are classy. There are even pods provided for the Nespresso machine! The fridge is stocked with essentials, and even some non-essential treats. Just as importantly, I was given a proper warm welcome on arrival. I loved my stay here. PS The eggs were delicious."
