"The biggest attribute at this hotel is not the beautiful building, the amazing food or the calming atmosphere- it’s the combined staff. Literally everyone ( well, perhaps not the spa) meets you with a smile and you’re left in no doubt that you’re welcome and valued. "We didn't stay here because the owner was horrendous on the phone, the address doesn't actually exist, the phone number is wrong, and she refused to tell us where the "Riad" was- may be far outside Tiznit. She also said that she doesn't do Expedia! Sometimes this happens in Morocco, but this was a first to go completely sideways. "
