"A pousada está passando por reformas e melhorias visíveis. Hospedei-me em março e, agora novamente em dezembro, e notei uma diferença bastante positiva. Os funcionários são gentis e atenciosos. Chegamos bem antes do horário de check-in e, como o quarto já estava disponível e limpo, fomos liberados antecipadamente, sem cobrança de taxas ou burocracia. Ficamos muito felizes, pois havíamos solicitado apenas deixar o carro estacionado e nem esperávamos pelo early check-in.

"La posada esta ubicada arriba del morro, y hay que atravezar una subida muy empinada para llegar. Es realmente el mayor problema que tiene esta posada. Teniamos auto alquilado, pero no cualquier auto sube semejante pendiente. Los taxis y deliverys te dejan en la base porque no quieren subir. Sinceramente, cuando llegamos y vi esta ubicacion me queria cambiar a cualquier otra posada y me preguntaba como lei esta situacion en los comentarios antes de contratar!"

"A Pousada é muito descuidada. Assim que chegamos no quarto sentimos um cheiro ruim, ao olhar pela varanda, muito mato em frente. Pedimos para trocar de quarto e disseram que não era possível. À noite quando fomos dormir, os travesseiros cheiravam mal, impossível de usar, o esfregam e cobertor com cheiro de usados. Para completar, ao fechar a cortina do quarto, tinha uma aranha gigante dentro do quarto (do tamanho da mão aberta do meu esposo). Alegaram que no local tem muito mata, mas então...
