"Apesar de não estar muito próxima as praias foi ótima a estadia. Todos do hotel são muito simpáticos e solícitos. A estrutura também é boa e o preço foi excelente."

Parece mais uma pousada, a razão social da empresa é PARADOR BUZIOS LTDA. Concierge não vi achei atendimento normal de qualquer pousada.
