"Perfect for me as a solo traveler. The hotel provided perfect instructions on how to find hotel, took 2 mins from waterbus stop. Shower was extremely small though. Be prepared for stairs but staff was awesome on taking my luggage to and from room. Breakfast was good and fresh. Front desk staff was wonderful on providing dinner and things to do nearby suggestions"

"Awesome .. beautiful facility, great staff, just enough off the beaten track to be quiet in crazy busy venice .. and the apartment we rented was phenomenal allowing us to hide away for the last 4 days of a 2 week trip Nice we got a washer dryer since we were almost out of clean clothes by the time we arrived .. funny no one could figure out how the dryer part worked "
