"Great Location. The hotel is very nice. Great customer service. I didn’t know that they don’t have elevator, my bad bc I forgot to ask in advance. However, the guy who helps all the guest with the luggage was very very nice and helpful. They are two mins walking to Plaza San Marco and to take water bus or privet bus to the airport, train station or the islands. Would stay there again. "
