Hotel Rooms with Balcony in Northern Panhandle

"We were in Wheeling for my niece’s wedding. Staff was friendly and helpful. This location was impacted my the historic flash flood which occurred the evening of 06/14/2025. The road in front of the hotel was flooded and we couldn’t get back to our room after the wedding reception and had to wait at a supermarket parking lot for the water to recede. I called the hotel the check the status there, and they sent their van to the supermarket parking lot to check on us and give us the go ahead to drive to the hotel. This is above and beyond what was expected. "
