"Room was clean, beds comfortable and aircon excellent But unable to get Wi-Fi in room and nowhere comfortable to sit except on the bed. Pool lovely but no sun loungers. Room was not serviced during our 4 night stay but clean towels were provided on request. Maintenance also came quickly when a curtain pole came down and they also provided a mop at my request because I was frightened of slipping in the wet room. "Staff was rude to us as she was eating when we checked in. The so called sea view is a huge misrepresentation and the so called jazuzzi bathtub is not in working condition...the room description should be non working jacuzzi and extremely limited sea view with no amenities whatsoever. I would really like Expedia to enforced such irresponsible operator. I wil not recommend this hotel to anyone."

"It is beautiful. The view is breathtaking and staff very helpful, especially Haykal who is so polite and friendly. The only negative point is that everywhere is so cold( air conditioning at max) and no selection of fruits at breakfast. Just a few fruits, diced and scarce. This country is the paradise of fruits , coconuts and bananas so they should have more"
