"The building is quite new , spacious, comfort rooms very adequate & clean. Quiet neighborhood & staff service is excellent. Parking needs room for improvement. Overall 4 stars!..."

"When we first arrived, the road to the hotel was torn up and in horrible condition. The individual at the front desk was surprised we were there even though we stated we had a reservation. The elevator was not operational so we had to carry all our luggage up the stairs (the security guard helped). On entering the room, there is no AC (which was expected because it is Baguio) but there were no “ceiling fans” as stated in the description or floor fans available. "This is a small condo. Excellent condition with kitchen. Balcony provides a spectacular view of mountains. On site security and underground pearling. "

"To be honest this was one of the most relaxing places i have ever been in many years of travelling . The host and owner Clinton was amazing extremly friendly and helpful with tour information and places to see . The apartment was very clean and accomadating with the massive bonus of a great kitchen with all appliances included .
