"The worst experience ever. I booked a room and hotels.com allows the option to pay at the property. However when I turned up the reception rudely told me they gave the room to someone else as I didn’t pay. What nonsense! I’m glad I didn’t stay as I could hear people talking in their rooms even with doors closed and the place doesn’t look very clean "

"The checkin staff wasn't warm. My room 760, was lovely, the bed super comfortable BUT the carpet fixtures (screws/nails/whatever it was) can be felt at least at 3 places - at the end of the bed, near the chair by the window and by the side of the bed. it felt sharp and painful when stepped on. i informed the hotel manager who didn't offer to inspect and seemed uninterested about my concerns."

Good experience for business event!

"Booked it for business event. Staff is very nice to give us the executive room with a separate working room. Overall everything went well, hotel are able to send us more chairs after our request, my guests are able to get free parking. Just that the Wifi couldn't connect on the second day due to reached amount of users."
