"1. Nobody was in reception. No one in hotel for my first hour in hotel. Looks like ghost hous. 2. Room wasn't clean. I hope there are no bad bugs. But it was totally not clean room 3. I wasn't able to sleep since toilet was broken and water leak was noisy. 4. Terrible experience. 5. How to get refund for this stay?"

"The best hotel in the area, right at the centre of town. Lots of places to dine and wine. Live music on Saturday. Room is big and clean. Staffs are friendly and professional, they work really hard. Restaurant and bar downstairs serve great food and drinks. Almost like you don’t want to go anywhere since it’s the best spot to hang out and chill. A bit tricky to find from Belgrade airport.
