"Chouette hotel bien situé près de plein de restaurent et à 2 pas du musée d'archeologie. Si nous retournons à Heraklions nous choisirons encore cet hotel. Seul bémol, les cartes d'accès sont chatouilleuses et doivent être changées, soit que la porte n'ouvre pas ou que l'électricité ne fonctionne pas ou que les lampes ne s'eteignent pas. Par chance le personnel est toujours là pour nous aider."

"Excellent stay! Amazing location - in the city centre within a few minutes walk to the Archeological museum, with lots or shops & restaurants around. The property itself is very charming, just how I like - refurbished in boutique style inter with authentic antique vibe. The staff is super friendly. Much more charming than a regular hotel or resort! Thank you!"

"Staff were all so friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was delicious with so much choice. The hotel was very clean & the rooms were a little small, but had everything and were also very clean.The pool area was small, but lovely and suited us perfectly. The hotel is located about a 10-15min walk from the city centre and the sites were all accessible by walking, taxi or bus which was perfect for us. We will definitely be back."

"From a warm greeting, to a personalized orientation of our room, to providing guidance with restaurants and sights, Mary C was amazing! Great communication prior to trip as well. Location was perfect for us - we took KTEL bus from Chania to Heraklion; hotel was ~3 mins walk from bus station and about 10 mins down-hill walk to SeaJets fast ferry terminal. So perfect location.
