"I loved the actual hotel and the rooms and overall property is fantastic! The only complaint I had was the service at the bar/restaurant aren't the best. They only had 1 person who could speak English and the staff seemed generally a little unfriendly. We made jokes "this is the time of the night where we get yelled at by the staff". They always seemed like we were bothering them to ask a drink etc. I think if you are Italian you get better service. That said, overall the stay was a joy! "

"Loved it so much we already plan to come back. Everyone so friendly and kind and helpful, best service with smile and always happy to help. The grounds are perfect, with space to chill and direct access to the beach with thermal water. Breakfast delicious, room very nice with sea view. A bit noisy from the port but we did not mind it. "It's hard to describe this hotel is like stepping into the 70s with so much charm. The restaurant was lovely for dinner watching the sunset. Breakfast was ok, a good choice of options. Walk to town was easy down driveway across volcanic rock beach and up a street on otherside, Then was quite flat to get around town centre. Water off the hotel is amazing, and pool warm and lovely. Rooms are definitely older style but space was good. We will be back, loved it with all of its quirks!"
