"We had an issue with the hot water and good that there’s a washer but no dryer. Also, the description of the apartments is great, but didn’t have information on where, what type of neighborhood it’s located. Also, pull out couch is not really a bed and lack more bed sheets and towels for the amount of people staying. Had two issues, AC and bedroom light in room broke but was repaired quickly. "

"The property is not called New Modern Ocean View - very misleading for locating the complex. Local cab drivers or Uber drivers had difficulty finding it, the name of this property is HP Boutique Del Mar. The property is about two years old and is still going through growing pains.The property manager who has the office in the building speaks English and was a great help with issues we presented her with. "No remote to turn off one bedroom a/c. (We couldn't use that bedroom., it was too cold), The unit needs some attention. Bare minimum in the kitchen for cooking. We liked that it was roomy and that there was a garage. Pool looked beautiful too."

"This property was ok. Few stuff was missing like washer and dryer, with a baby, washer was a must. 1/2 elevator was off must of the time, its was frustrating to wait to access to our room at the floor 30 because of the elevator. We where not treat like guests at all. Checking process was long and not professional. The only positive point was a bed for our baby that was provide by staff."

"El apartamento y su ubicación, estuvieron excelentes. Al llegar, alrededor de las 7:00 pm, tuvimos que esperar casi media hora para que nos entregaran las llaves, pues no le habían indicado al fuardia de nuestra llegada. Observaciones en cuanto al mantenimiento del apartamento: la puerta de una de las 3 habitaciones, no se podía cerrar, pues el pomo estaba en mal estado.
