They actually told me to park on the sidewalk, which was barracaded. Parking elsewhere in the área is $70 per day, twice what the room costs. It was cheaper to abandon my no-refund réservation for another hotel with free parking

This hotel had everything I needed; a clean bed and a clean bathroom. Front desk was nice, when I interacted with them, the WiFi was good and the a/c was cold! There is no housekeeping, so if that's something you need, take note. I don't need my bed made daily or fresh towels everyday, so I didn't mind. 5 blocks to the water, and a few restaurants and mini markets close by. Not bad for the price.

Realmente no la recomiendo, no tiene ascensor, es un laberinto y tiene pocas señalizaciones, demasiado caliente la habitación no estaba prepada no habian toallas, tienen aires que estan obsoletos y ensima el control no encendia, es peligroso subir la escaleras ya que algunas lucen fallan.

I’m surprised there wasn’t any rats there, roaches were present thou. They would always come out to say hi, that place is nasty, real nasty. The staffs weren’t nice, nor helpful. Regretted staying there .

There's nothing as described in Expedia. on person runs the everything, one person. Different hats. Not hot water. To shower no coffee or hot water for tea and nothing around yo walk ip to and get something. The only positive thing was that ladies despite working long and hard hours were friendly and understanding with the situation.
