I must say I was disappointed the way Expedia handled it. It appeared, Hilton has 2 types of Master suites - with a balcony and without one. Expedia posts photos with the balcony, I expect the balcony, I really needed it to have some room for myself when all the family sleeps. But Hilton puts me into a no-balcony suite, and says that the balcony suite is not ready and costs $35 more. They moved me the next day and I paid for it. So, it was fine in the end. The room was great, actually, I enjoyed it very much.

April 2026 — Luxury, romance, and family comfort with incredible bay views (and excellent accessibility) Our 2nd stay at the Hilton Panama in April 2026 once again exceeded expectations. Our group of four stayed for a week in an Ocean View Master Suite and an accessible Ocean View Premium Double. From arrival to departure, the service was phenomenal. A special thanks to Director of Operations, Ms. Peralta, whose amazing care made our stay truly exceptional. The beautifully maintained property overlooks Panama Bay and is centrally located. We loved the amenities: the rooftop pool, spa, casino, and the unique Emotions Dinner Theatre. Dining across the restaurants and room service was consistently strong. The Ocean View Master Suite is a fantastic family setup (ideal for 2 adults and 2 children). It feels like a private apartment, featuring a living room with a pullout bed, a second bathroom, and a kitchen/dining area. The bedroom opens to a balcony offering uninterrupted, cinematic views of the bay—our favorite spot to watch the tides and ships. The massive primary bathroom adds a romantic touch with a soaking tub overlooking the city skyline. Accessibility was another major highlight. The property is highly navigable, and my 89-year-old mother-in-law found her accessible Premium Double incredibly comfortable and easy to use. With standout service, comfort, and unforgettable views, the Hilton Panama remains a top choice. We’ll definitely be back!
