Excellent food - all restaurants and buffet. Room was clean and very nice. Pool area was great. Would be nice to have some shade/palapas and chairs on the beach for a quieter option. More shade in the pool area would also be nice. Loved the grassy areas as an option to lay with a towel. Staff were friendly but service is a bit slower in comparison to other resorts.

Restaurant staff and front desk were amazing! They helped with all questions we had and made our 3.5 year olds trip memorable. Ordering drinks was difficult as there were so many people just yelling and surrounding the area. Language barrier was sometimes difficult with drinks but bartenders were friendly. Room service was great and timely. Housekeeping was great as well and extremely friendly.
