Enjoyed my stay. It was a little hard for my taxi driver to find it but it was a smooth ride. The door access was a bit sketchy but overall, I was comfortable. I don’t want to give away too much and spoil it. 😊

The interior of the apartment was excellent, had all the necessities including hot water and air conditioning. There was a full kitchen, 2 private bedrooms with nice linens and walk out balconies. Easy aceess, but difficult to find, needs a bigger sign.

A very nice, large apartment. There is a table in the bedroom that I could use as a desk. The shower was pleasantly warm. In the kitchen there is enough cookware, a fridge, kettle, coffee machine and much more. Completely sufficient for me. Everything is very clean. One big downside is the disco on the other side of the street. There was extremely loud music until 3:00 am at night.

Clean condo. Full kitchen. Pretty noisy on weekend because of popular nightclub just up the street.Hot water in kitchen and one bathroom not working. Overall location was good for my 6 day stay. Getting around in this area was very easy using taxis and buses. I would definitely stay again.

The location was great and the apartment was good for the price. Smell was a bit mouldy smelling from not having the ac on but fairly common in the Caribbean and eased up once we had it on for a day or 2. No hand soap in the bathrooms which we found odd but nice little body wash and shampoos provided. One shower was awful with no pressure on hot but ither shower was better. Overall good stay.

This was a beautiful apartment close to center of town. The only downside is the loud music from the restaurant across the road. My family still enjoyed staying here.

It is a busy place. Lots of noise from traffic on the main road. After taking walks we understood how to find areas for shopping. There are a lot of clubs which played loud music throughout the nights into early mornings. However inside the apartment was always a calm from the hustle and bustle outside. It had a clean and calm ambiance.

Great stay here. Central location and easily walkable to most things in the old town. It was easy to access shopping from here also. We felt safe here. Communication with the host was easy as well. I read in the comments, people complaining about the noise from the rooftop bar across the street so I was a bit hesitant however we barely noticed it. I sleep with Rain Sounds anyway, so I was able to block out any background noise. Would stay here again and recommend to anyone.

We booked a two-bedroom apartment, and it was double booked with other guests inside when we arrived, they aided by offering a one-bedroom in the same building, but I slept on a chair/bed with no sheets. very uncomfortable. They said management would contact us, but they never did. I stayed at the same location a few times before and everything was perfect, but when something goes wrong their response poor.

The property was very well located, right beside Casco Viejo. The apartment was nice, generally clean and the AC worked really way. I would make some suggestions for improvements such as adding some basic amenities (like hand soap) and adding a manual lock to the main door for added safety. I’d also suggest to be quicker to respond to important issues - specifically, the toilet was not working for half my stay (roughly the first 1.5 of 3 days) and since this was an apartment and not a hotel, I had to find a restaurant nearby to use.

Unfortunately this was the worst short-term rental experience I’ve had. Despite receiving several emails as we approached our check-in date, we did not receive check instructions via email the day we arrived as promised. I wasn’t sweating it because there are multiple references to a front desk in the comms, but there is definitely no “front desk” on site. We were stuck outside on the street with our luggage, the phone listed # on Expedia is disconnected, I sent three messages through Expedia with no response (still), and the # on Google is not correct. We downloaded the Wynwood House app and found a WhatsApp # there, they responded with check in instructions so we finally got into the building, but the access code for the unit was wrong. They sent us another one and we finally got in. The next day, I finally received an email with the (incorrect) unit code. The day of check out, we received instructions about a physical key and lockbox that weren’t relevant. Needless to say, the communication is a mess and I’ll never stay at another Wynwood House property again. Unit itself has a good view and is nicely furnished (as seen in pics), but it wasn’t very clean, multiple things were broken (two of the patio doors from a bedroom wouldn’t open, overhead light wouldn’t function) and didn’t feel secure. Patio and bedroom doors did not lock, door frame to secure entrance deadbolt was broken and being held on by a piece of wood smaller than a pencil and main handle did not lock.
