The staff was great, especially Cesar. He was friendly, patient and responsive from the first moment we met him. The place was clean and spacious. We had some minor issues, but the team at Yoo was quick to come up with a resolution. Also, the pool is a "must-do" on any visit list. We'll be back.

The unit is absolutely gorgeous and the bed is very comfortable. The only - but major, negative was that there was no hot water for the entirety of our stay. We alerted the front desk, but the only communication I received were 3 notices about what time we had to be out. Would highly recommend the unit IF they fix the hot water.

This condo was excellent and felt high end and well cared for. It always smelled great and the kitchen was well appointed. There are three highly rated restaurants on site in the building. My husband was spoiled and wants to consider personally having our own property in the building. Emely was very responsive as needed. We would stay here again.

Nice and beautiful apartment in Avenida Balboa.

We love and enjoyed our stay, the location and all the amenities and the one bedroom apartment is huge. Wish they have a better quality of pots and pans and microwave to match the quality and beauty of the apartment.

Overall, a cool property. Funky decor in rhe lobbies and elevators and great views. We also really appreciated the little grocery store. However, we arrived several hours early and the desk staff didn't seem to know what to do with us, nor did they offer to hold our luggage, while we went to find something to eat. The mattresses are super basic and the water heater must have a timer or something because it would stop producing hot water in the middle of people tryingvto shower after the pool.

Upon checking in, we were a bit confused about which of the two entrances to check in at. One side is a hotel, the other are apartments. Apparently, both are rented via Expedia. When we got to the right side, the fellow at the desk asked for our apartment number. He did not have our reservation under our name. It was difficult to find the apartment number in our Expedia correspondence, but after a few minutes we did. The apartment we rented offered great views of the city, was VERY spacious, and exceptionally clean. The TV reception was fuzzy, but that's about the only complaint.

This was a very convenient place to stay and had a lovely view of the water. After my first night. I asked the staff to fix the blackout curtains in the bedroom as I did not notice upon checkin that the hooks at the top were not fully connected. Due to the language barrier (perhaps), that did not happen. I also had hot water that only worked in the shower half of the time. During my stay, there was an evacuation, and I was not notified. They just cut off the power to the apartment. Getting around inside the building can be difficult, as some of the elevators and doors require badges. You will need to bring your own bar soap, shampoo and conditioner as only a travel size is provided. Having a washer and dryer in the unit were very convenient. As with any location on this street, there is going to be road noise. Lots of horns, motorcycles and emergency sirens. Ubers were always within 2 minutes of the building. A ride to the airport was $21 and change.

Was in Panama for a few days for business, along with one day down time. I was so pleased at the property as you get a new apartment condo for better value than the large hotel chains, with an amazing view in my case. William the rental manager handled all my queries in a very professional manner and was extremely helpful. I liked that Balboa Boutique strip mall was a short walk away with great eating options.
