"The hotel was very nice but before we arrived the booking we made nearly 12 months previously was communicated that they wished to move us to a sister hotel. Following communication before we went on this matter it was then confirmed our original booking would stand. However when we arrived for the first two and a half days of the 7 night stay we were constantly battling with the hotel as they only had us staying for 2 nights and again wanted to move us to this sister hotel. "We had an awesome experience at the Grand Hayatt this month. The dinning folks ( Akash, Rahul, Saurav, Suvrana, Saloni and Eloni amongst others), Vikash who helped and guided us through the stay and Raju who drove us around Goa. Thank you all for an awesome experience. There were a lot more folks whose names I don’t remember. "
