"Paradise in the middle of Panajachel. Hotel is on Calle Santander where all the action is. Tons of shopping and restaurants. An easy 5 minute stroll to the lanchas. The best part is the hot springs tub on the hotel grounds. Hotel grounds are well kept and great security and hotel staff. Stayed here with kids and they have a little play area with swings. "

"Jenna’s B n B is a special place on the outskirts of Panajachel. If you like rustic, eclectic and scenic spots this will work for you. The food they serve is superb and the manager, Ivan, and staff are not only good at what they do, they are wonderful people!! I had a lovely stay."

"The only real positive thing about this hotel, and it is a huge positive, is the incredible views of the lake and surrounding volcanoes. The place is relatively clean, but it is OLD. Like, hasn't been updated in decades old. They have a historic photo from the 1950s-1960s and it looks exactly the same. If you get it cheap, and are ok woth old/rustic hotels (and you get a room with a vew), it might be ok. Short walk to town, plenty of parking, old little-used pool."
