"We didn't think we would be able to store our luggage since we arrive early in the morning, but we were able to as there was a front desk person. That was extremely helpful. Room was pretty nice, only negative was that they do not have hair dryers. Overall great location and place."

"First off let me say that communication was the best! Ignacio is an example of customer service and care. He went the extra mile for my entire family. We had one night where one of my sons required a pharmacy and Ignacio was quick to respond and recommend the right one for my son and the medical issue was resolved. The apartment was beautiful and each door attendant was just a joy to see every time we went in and out. They were friendly and attentive the entire time. We will stay at this...

"Our requests from management were immediately accomplished. We stayed at one bedroom apartment. Some furniture needs to be refurbished but existing ones still in good condition. Location is excellent and safe. Dining options are good too. "

Ótima localização, os pontos turísticos da área central como Obelisco, Teatro Colon, Casa Rosada... podem ser feitos a pé. O custo benefício é perfeito, pois ofereceu muito mais que esperávamos. "

"Tudo perfeito. Localização fácil e segura.Com bom atendimento no checking e checkout. A cortesia do café da manhã é um plus a mais, entretanto senti que os clientes do Ignácio são um pouco discriminados no café. Demora no atendimento além de não serem simpáticos. Observamos que pessoas pagantes que chegavam depois eram atendidos antes que nós. Acho que seria válido a gestão se atentar a este detalhe. Pois, toda boa acolhida faz a diferença em hotelaria."
