"We had a great stay, we are vegan and there were so many vegan restaurants less than 10 minutes away walking. Close to the beautiful Plaza de Armas, very safe area had hot water which is a plus and good WIFI. Also had a refrigerator and microwave which we definitely used. "

"I have stayed in 20+ hotels in Peru, including other Costa Del Sol locations. Their hotel in Arequipa is BY FAR the best hotel experience I have had, better than any hotel I’ve used in USA, as well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND staying here. Staff was FANTASTIC and went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed and were comfortable. We will definitely be going back to Arequipa and I will not even consider staying anywhere else. This hotel is FANTASTIC. And the staff is the best part. A+++"

"Most amazing stay at any hotel that we’ve been to. Have to ring their bell and wait for their staff to let us in. Totally enclosed property and only guests can dine there. Rooms were comfortable, very quiet, can get coffee or food delivered to your room (no charge all inclusive), breakfast and dinner selections were plentiful, all delicious food. We can’t rave enough about the staff. They make you feel like you’re part of their family. We stayed 6 nights and could have stayed longer. "

"Half a block from main plaza; the service is excellent and the breakfast was quite nice. Front desk was smiling and helpful the whole time. This is a small hotel with few amenities, but my stay was perfect in every regard. I’d stay here again with no reservations. "

"Since arrival the staff was very helpull, providing honest information and available options, the breakfast was also decent and i cluded few options even for vegetarians. Couple of nights we dine in and the food was extraordinary, including non traditional dishes, the trout was amazing as it was the tuna steak. I'll definitelly return to Qasa Arequipa. One little detail missing is the phones inthe room, but we just use our phones whenever we needed anything. Not every turist buys cellular...

"Spacious room, convenient location, good breakfast on the patio, but most of all, the owner is incredibly helpful. He arranged for our laundry to be cleaned on short notice, he gave us a lot of advice on what to see and where to eat. He also arranged a driver to take us to Colca canyon. So helpful!"
