Worn out hotel- restaurants closed. Small kitchen where all the plates, knives etc were not in the cupboards but just trown in a stack in the corner. Clean but careless

Helaas geen zwembad, geen bar en geen restaurant open! Alleen ontbijt en dat was het enige redelijke aan dit hotel. Studio met lege keuken en slecht sluitende buitendeur. Zeker geen 4 sterren waard. In vergelijking met alle hotels op onze reis is dit de slechtste en voor ons 1 ster.

Grosses Zimmer, sehr gute und leise Klimaanlage. Pool sauber und schön. Frühstück exzellent, sehr große Auswahl. Lediglich Spiegel bzw Rührei habe ich vermisst. Rezeption sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sauberkeit im Bad verbesserungswürdig. Fussboden fleckig, Haare und andere nicht erwünschte Dinge.

Ich hatte die Unterkunft mit Halbpension gebucht und mich nach der langen Reise auf einen Abendessen vor Ort gefreut, doch leider war das Restaurant noch geschlossen! Wie kann man ein Zimmer mit Halbpension vermieten, wenn das Restaurant überhaupt nicht verfügbar ist? Man hat mir 15 € als Ausgleich gegeben, aber das war eine Riesen Enttäuschung.

Nous n’étions pas rassurés en réservant vu les évaluations. Nous avons pourtant passé un super séjour. Le personnel de chambre est très agréable et disponible. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est parfait. Seuls petits bémols: pour la vaisselle, il n’y a qu’un exemplaire (une assiette, un couteau, une tasse etc) par personne. Ce n’est pas très pratique et ça cause une consommation d’eau énorme puisqu’il fallait à chaque fois laver. L’éclairage sur le balcon ne fonctionne pas pour de nombreux logements. Nous étions donc dans le noir le soir sur le balcon (nos voisins aussi).

El hotel se encuentra entre la playa y el centro de Mazagón, una ubicación estupenda para prescindir de coger el coche. Los apartamentos están muy bien, son muy cómodos y espaciosos, aunque ya necesitan una renovación. Lo mejor de todo es la piscina en la última planta, con vistas espectaculares. Volveremos

Horrible, nos dieron una habitación inferior porque la nuestra estaba sin limpiar, nos quejamos y se pusieron a limpiar la que se suponía que era la nuestra. Después de 1,5h esperando en la piscina como pudimos y sin poder usar la habitación después de un viaje de 5h.... Resulta que al parecer la.habian reservado y no podían dárnosla..... Encima la TV no funcionaba, faltaba una silla en la.terraza, el suelo sucio, sin recepcionista..... Un desastre

No de los 93 euros que me han cargado ustedes EXPEDIA, lo que hace una diferencia de 12 euros.!!! 😩Lo que de ahora en adelante me cuidaré mucho, muchísimo de gestionarlos con ustedes. Sin enchufes en la habitación

Para el precio pagado no está mal, en verano con las tarifas altas que he visto de otras temporadas no me alojaría en este hotel. La cama era grande pero te hundes en ella y despiertas dolorido. Solo hay un enchufe en el dormitorio en el medio de la cama por lo que si se llevan dos móviles uno se queda sin cargar durante la noche o lo tienes que dejar lejos del alcance en la cocina o baño. Sólo hay una mesita de noche en uno de los lados, por lo que en el otro lado tuvimos que poner una silla a modo de mesita de noche improvisada. Lo peor de todo es el baño, hay una ducha con una cortina y un hueco entre el plato de ducha y la pared que al bañarse el agua fluye por todo el suelo del baño, con lo que conlleva toda la habitación pisoteada...
