"Nice staff, but price increasing to what it is are a bit steep for what it is and room had maint issues. Air conditioning was not working in the room correctly. It would turn off about 5 minutes and you could not turn it back on had to just run it in fan mode so it was hot in the room. The toilet you had to hold down the lever for it to flush which was not as near of a big deal and would not be mentioned if not for the AC in the middle of summer. Also they started charging 10 dollars for parking. Which is mentioned on Hotels.com, but I missed as it used to be free there. So room going up about 30% plus 10 dollars for parking on top of that just seems like a steep raise in cost to me."

"Room was quite clean. Staff was helpful at the desk. Curiously, there were no water glasses in the room, but the staff did not recognize that as an error or unusual. We did have water bottles (2) in the room. The breakfast was excellent but the service for breakfast was weak for the level of the accommodation and its price. Breakfast orders were taken at the entry counter and delivered to tables but without any subsequent inquiry as to whether additional service or items or even salt and pepper could be provided. The food, however, was well-prepared such as it was. Nice hotel, but a couple of things need tweaking to bring it to the level that would be justified by the nightly rate."
