It is so close to being the perfect high-end micro hotel it wants to be, that it is such a shame that it misses the mark. The hotel has no staff from noon to 4:30. You cannot arrive between those times and to make matters worse they will charge you if you arrive earlier and want to check in. "This boutique hotel is absolutely beautiful and the location was perfect. Just around the corner from the historic center and walking distance to great restaurants and cafes. The staff were so unbelievable friendly, professional and eager to help with our inquiries. Particularly, Eleonara from guest services and Maria Francesca at reception. They were both very personable and their smiles set the tone for the day. In addition, the breakfast was delicious and always so well stocked with much variety to suit any diet. Nicoletta, Nives and Giorgia were always there to great you with a smile."
