Great staff for our whole visit, welcoming and helpful. Nice room with big bathroom and very comfortable. Small but welcome swimming pool in the middle of the old town. Too breakfast with another nice member of staff who was replenishing as well as cooking and serving. Near loads of tapas bars and the harbour. No problem leaving our bags there all day while we went exploring the city. Top hotel!

The property is overpriced for what it offers. This is basically a 2 star hotel pretending to be something better. The quality of the sheets and towels are terrible, and the bathrooms were outdated and not well cleaned. I requested a non-smoking room and the room had a terrible smell from years of allowing smokers in it. The property wasn’t able to offer me a different room. In fairness, the staff was helpful but they couldn’t solve the problem. The breakfast was good with plenty of choices, but it wouldn’t be a reason for me to recommend this low quality hotel.

This was our second stay at the hotel. It has a great ambience bring in the old town in a historic building. It's very relaxing and easy going and you have the city of Palma on your doorstep. It's highly recommended. The only negatives are that the coffee machine has changed at breakfast and doesn't work as well as the Nespresso machines. There is also no bar service to the pool which is a great miss.

A beautiful old style hotel that has been tastefully restored. Staff very pleasant and helpful. The location is ideal for a short beak. Breakfast was delicious. I will recommend to friends.

City break Palma

Fantastic boutique hotel. Amazing location in Old town Palma. Staff were all incredible and went out their way to accommodate. It was very hot when we visited so even with aircon on bedroom was hot, but everywhere was hot. Would absolutely stay again.

Needs some love/renovation - very disappointing

The pictures make the place feel very different. It's much darker, danker and dustier. It's in the old town and has been updated (in places) but it's a bit worn and needs many new updates. Plaster, peeling, a/c barely functional (and was 90 fahrenheit), the room smelled quite moldy and was TINY - terrible foam pillows, scratchy sheets and worn/frayed towels. The service was wonderful (always trying to help in every possible way) and the breakfast was terrific (excpt the sad and stuffy room it was served in) but given it was only $75 or so less than the Luxury/5 star hotel we stayed at just down the road/also in Old Town -- it was very disappointing and we ultimately did not sleep well/would never return.

Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Mycket ålderstigen aircondition som skramlade högt och gav minimal effekt. Vi hade 27-28 grader på rummet under natten. Det gick inte att vädra och rummet var varmare än luften utomhus. Väldigt fuktigt. Vi påpekade bristen men hotellet kunde inte lösa situationen
