"Centrally located within a quiet square in Palma. Roof top pool, bar and lounging area provided a restful and invigorating alternative to sightseeing with beautiful panoramic views of cathedral, local churches and local civic buildings. Interiors were outstanding and the restuarant, bar and reception area provided a pleasant experience. In particular the breakfast menu was excellent. Finally, the staff could not be more respectful and helpful recommending excellent restaurants within the area...

"The location was great - proximity to Palma, bus line, beach - but not what I would consider a 5 star hotel. Service was lacking and a bit disappointing; for example the airline lost our luggage and I asked for a brush to be delivered to our room, and it never was despite 2 calls. One morning we scheduled room service for a time indicated on their ordering card (10 am - 10:15 am); it arrived at 10:40 am after a phone call. As someone who works in the travel industry, I have high standards and this hotel met every one of them.
