I would stay again. Pro tip: if you go, eat at Manhattan in the Desert restaurant that is located next door."

"Palm Spring experienced a March heatwave with temperatures up to 102f. Our suite was on the top floor and the aircon was inadequate to manage a reasonable room temperature so we slept very badly. A rather unsympathetic maintenance man, with his very pleasant assistant, visited and adjusted the vents. However, this just made things even worse. Finally, we were moved to a lower floor, and the temperature was OK. Not the sort of thing one expects from a 4star+ hotel at $400+ per night im Palm...

"Honestly the pictures make it seem so much nicer with full kitchenettes but it’s not even true we paid almost $300 for a little bit bigger of a motel 6…. They had a microwave & small fridge with cups that smelt awful. Bed is so uncomfortable, shower is a small square can barely move in, bathroom door didn’t shut fully.. scared anytime I peed that the toilet would overfill. The rooms were decent cute aesthetics but could be so much better like this hotel can be so great with renovations. Food at the restaurant downstairs was not the best their had the tacos "

"I had an excellent stay at the Twin Palms. I stayed during the week and checked out on a Friday. The vibe was a bit more calm during the week, and I noticed the place getting a bit more crowded on my last day. It was perfect for me, as everyone was friendly and the pool and common areas never felt overwhelmingly crowded. Staff was AWESOME and friendly. I made a bunch of friends I still stay in touch with today, and I look forward to coming back!"
