"I have stayed at this hotel many times. Suitability situated centrally, easy to get to all the tourist sites. Available taxis a close to the metro and railway stations.The staff at the hotel were welcoming. Our check in was smooth and quick. It would have been better if they do the necessary paperwork for both our booking on our first visit. This will save time on our second checkin. The housekeeping staff was always pleasant. The room was clean. The breakfast has limited variety but always fresh with options to meet your special diet needs. The food at their restaurant was always fresh and tasty. We were never disappointed with any of our choices at the restaurant. It must be noted that hotel guests enjoy at discounted rate at the in house restaurant. The staff are attentive and assist guest with local travels by arranging taxis. A special thank you to Luke for always being ready help with a smile. A big thank you to Vikas Parab who resolved minor issues professionally. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who want to be in central Mumbai"

"It's the little things that count with Taj. Had the opportunity to stay at the Taj Lands End for a week. Its my favorite hotel to get away and refresh. An amazing location walking distance to the Bandstand with lots of character. Shah Rukh and Rekha's house is also walking distance and gets lots of traffic especially SRK's 'MANNAT' house. The hotel staff is exceptional and it shows from the moment you enter the hotel. You're treated with class and respect throughout. I hardly get to remember peoples names but exceptional and over the top service gets top praise always. We booked the Club level to participate in the evening and daytime fun snacks. From Tushar at the Reception area, accommodating us to the most amazing room to Deepak our room attendant who made sure every ammenity was restocked to the T. Hats off to Deepak for attention to detail. He is my go to Room Attendant at the Taj Lands End. Ask for him and take care of him. good guy! The breakfast is exceptional... Everything is available if its not already laid out in the buffet area. Opens at 7 am. Great way to start your day... The seating area that overlooks the Bandstand at the higher level is nice if you don't mind the walk back and forth to the buffet. FYI - if you want Kulche let them know a day in advance. Puri is always available. Masala Chai is amazing. One suggestion would be to make the SAUNA and SPA area larger, like a entire whole level larger. Make that the GO TO feature. Thanks! "

"It was a terrible experience . Expedia has taken money from me in UK , Hotel refused to accept this as they said they were not dealing with Expedia for a while . Manager Ahmed at the hotel refused to accept my proof of payment.. ended up with I hr argument and me having to pay again for the hotel stay at 5.00am in the morning."

"I had an extremely disappointing experience with my recent booking. After securing the property, I called the provided number to confirm my reservation, only to be met with confusion from the person on the line, who claimed to have no knowledge of Hotels.com. Despite sending my confirmation, I had to repeatedly follow up for a response, only to be informed that my originally booked unit was unavailable. They offered a supposedly 'similar' unit instead. Upon arrival, the cleanliness of the unit was subpar. The bedding appeared unwashed, and the check-in process was frustrating. To compound the issues, the showers were non-functional, and with only one working water heater, our group had to awkwardly share a single bathroom. Considering the price we paid, the overall experience was incredibly poor. To add insult to injury, we were charged a significant additional fee for overstaying by just one hour. I cannot in good conscience recommend this unit or Southside by Daily Stays. Their lack of professionalism is evident and unacceptable. I strongly advise potential guests to consider other options for their stay."
