"Had a pleasant stay for three nights with parents. Great hospitality by all the staff members. Amazing new year party at the banquet hall, kudos to the organizers. "Exceptional all the way. Checking in was quick. Ms.R at the front desk was very helpful, she even let me borrow her iPhone charger. Staff were very pleasant, professional and helpful. "We booked non AC rooms and the room is spacious and there is a window for ventilation, the double bed is quite wide too. The down side is that there are only two plug points(in a three person room), so carry one of those multiplug things to charge your devices."

"We paid 11k for one night. The room we were given had no windows, was so tight they after putting in the rollaway, the only way to get off the bed was from the other end. The location is quite far from central Coimbatore. There aren't many food options right by and the road is very busy so it takes time to cross the street. They also offer breakfast up until 10:30 am after which all you can get is a sandwich and coffee. Ah yes, and in the 11k, breakfast was NOT included. "

"The staff was polite but we stayed for 3 days, no room service. No one came to do bedsheet or clean. The bathroom didn't have running hot water. The restaurant food was subpar. Didn't have Wi-Fi even though it was listed as an amenity. Had wall fan which was too loud. Never going again."

"Simple but good facility. If you are good with “not fancy” you will be fine with this. Clean rooms, clean sheets, thoughtful - toiletries, toilet paper etc. Not your shiny Holiday Inn but quite adequate. Booked via Expedia, check in was quick. Restaurant downstairs has mixed menu - vegetarian and non-vegetarian if it matters. There is a A2B right around the corner. "
