"Ruslan was very responsive & helpful There is 3 flights of stairs to the entrance then 3 inside the apartment to the beautiful upstairs area A great property for 6 adults with a wonderful terrace from the separate upstairs bedroom, kitchen & bathroom An easy walk to a lovely part of Palermo with heaps of bars restaurant’s & buskers "

"Non ho potuto soggiornare perché l'host ha cancellato la prenotazione esattamente il giorno prima indicando problemi idrici al condominio. Non so dire se questi problemi fossero reali (è una di quelle scuse sempre valide), ma di sicuro il nostro soggiorno (4 persone tra cui un bambino) è stato rovinato in quanto il giorno prima per il giorno dopo non sono riuscito a trovare nessuna struttura alternativa con prezzi umani. Non ho ricevuto nessuna comunicazione da parte dell'host: sono stato io...

"I proprietari sono stati molto gentili a farci lasciare il bagaglio in camera più a lungo del check-out. Purtroppo l'aspetto comunicazione invece ha lasciato molto a desiderare, fino al giorno prima non sapevo se la camera era confermata o meno e altre cose. Anche l'organizzazione Expedia si è rivelata manchevole nella prenotazione. Abbiamo dovuto comprare la carta igienica."

"This hotel was a 10 out of 10, excellent location, not far from popular areas, but just far enough that we were able to sleep at night without loud city noises. Close enough to walk to everything, great anmmenities and well equipped gym. The only tiny thing, I could maybe say was slightly negative,was that there was no Wi-Fi in the gym except in one corner. Aside from that it was a fabulous stay! "

"The reception staff were kind and professional at check in and gave us good recommendations for dining options in the hotel. Our room was lovely, spacious and clean. We enjoyed a very tasty dinner in the main hotel restaurant where we were greeted by friendly professional staff. The meal was delicious. "
