"I wish that we had stayed longer! Unfortunately we only stayed one night. The view was incredible (looking out on to Riegersburg Castle) and the hotel was absolutely lovely. Hotel and room facilities were excellent, staff were excellent, drinking water fountains in the room were a nice touch. The view was amazing (I feel like I have to repeat this because it was so good). Breakfast was great and we appreciated being able to make our own juice. We had a set dinner in the evening and felt that...

"I could hear person in the next room talking for hours at night, dog barking, etc. The kitchenette did not have the supplies their own checklist has such as no pot or pan, only either a super tiny spoon or a comically large one, etc. The AC worked on day of arrival and not after. The kettle had a large amount of lime buildup at the spout, as well as some water in the bottom when I arrived, with something floating in that water. Kitchen shelves were dusty, mold in the shower. Shower drain not...
