They were proactive before our stay, helped show us how to get in, offered to help with navigating the city. "Amazing roof top terrace with view of Vesuvius. Room was very clean. Towels could have been fluffier, but I’m just being picky. Bed was comfortable. The common living space was decorated with so much wonderful art from local artists. Breakfast was fresh, homemade and wonderful. Staff was fantastically helpful and lovely to interact with. The home is based centrally, and a couple minute walk to the Museo subway stop, which is convenient. Even if you decided to walk, everything was within 40...
